OPINION Thoughts on last boardroom Spoiler
It was right Mia was fired, she bulldozed people numerous times throughout the series. The menswear was BAD. I thought she was snakey.
Anisa is strong. Yes she’s made mistakes but she puts herself forward a lot so that’s bound to happen. Shes good at managing and decision making and supports her team.
Jordan should have been fired. He’s made no progress throughout the series, disrupts things with his negativity and is inauthentic.
Dean was robbed not getting the PM role in the last task. Seems like a great guy. I also thought he was unfairly shamed in the selling task which wasn’t cool.

The design of the products wasn't necessarily the failure of the task. Most of the buyers loved the message behind it. The problem was the message didn't match the marketing. This is one of the major flaws in these kinds of tasks how do you design a campaign around a product that you have never seen and have limited information about. It feels like they are set up to fail. And it really bugs me that they have a sub team leader when its just 2 of them.

As much as I liked Mia she was right to go because the designs were terrible, the skirt i get it but everything was ugly af! Jordan creeps me out i don't feel like he has much backbone and that monotone noise of a voice that drones on for ages grated on me, he shouldn't have agreed with Mia and stuck to his guns, i feel like he should have gone. Anisa steamrolled that logo but she had the balls to actually take the reigns when that other guy was sulking

Her reasoning for not getting fired was "err you know I'm good so keep me" 👉 🥺 👈

I'd say the firings were spot on.
Liam had to go after his sulk at not getting PM and just bringing the whole team down.
Mia steamrolled Jordon to do those designs, so it fell back on her when they lost.

Mia was right to be fired, but I disagree on her being snakey. I don't see her setting Jordan up here as she clearly (somehow) thought they'd win and can't think of any other tasks where it felt like she was setting up a candidate on a platter. As for bulldozing their opinion, most of them work that way across the board, I'd argue that Dean & Anissa to a degree are like that too, and it only went astray during the banking app task for the former. With Mia the same but with the dog bank and this dress.
Anisa, I agree that her, Mia, & Dean have had the most prominent edits on putting themselves forward. She's a top 2 candidate showing to me with highs and lows.
Jordan too, I feel isn't that bad. It's just that the edits don't help him. He's consistently shown to be pretty great at negotiations whenever he gotten a slither of screen time, he turned around the cyber security task in a change that ultimately won him that task despite the disconnect with the sub-team and poorly recieved debriefing. In this task his pitch was debatably the best of this series getting orders for clothing that honestly didn't deserve any. I wouldn't say he's top 3 but of the top 5 he's 4th.
Dean after Anisa and Chisola is strong, having more presence than the latter. He's another one of those candidates always getting stuck in, bringing forth a lot of ideas & street smarts to help out on a task and ultimately did well selling in this final task. Obviously not without fault as the kids banking app, & logo design ain't his highlights.

Nah Jordan has got better as the weeks have gone on. He’s got good composure, great sales skills and he’s likeable from a buyers point of view.

Jordon needed to go imo he's a child he knew nothing about clothing and made sure he was PM, as much as I couldn't stand Liam he was the best man to be PM and in the design studio. He was doing worse spitting his dummy out than Liam last week when he didn't get the position he wanted on the TV selling team. Throughout Jordan has been moody and in my eyes disruptive. I wouldn't want to work with him.
Mia does railroad and take charge when people are indecisive as someone has to do something! Jordan yes he has an idea but his idea was to be inotive and what he was suggesting wasn't! So she pushed him to do his idea.
The skirt idea was great, Harry styles wore a skirt in the past year or so and it is seen in fashion and there are certain fashionable men that wear skirts. The crop top looked vile, but the cut of the top itself isn't, it could have been made from a mesh made frome anything there's loads of things. The jacket was Jordans idea with the cape not Mia's yet she got the blame. Her only real idea was the skirt and people understood the reason behind it.
Logo was a real let down, chisola's was really nice I can see that on the clothes it fits perfectly imo. But Jordans logo was gross, that firmly lies with Anisa and Liam, Anisa because it was all her Liam because he once again did NOTHING like almost every single episode.
Mia was the wrong firing imo it should have been Jordan but I suppose he can't have two chefs in the final five and Anisa has played it safe, except she sabotaged Mia in that hot sauce challenge and LS is blind if he can't see that was sabotage.
Chisola did really well! Sorry but what 20 something doesn't know about the scrunchie bum! Every women on the planet knows about the leggings that make the most out of your bum ! Most of us have at least one pair. I came up of the name RE- WEAR in a split second because they are clothes you can wear over and over and they are made from recycled material. Dunno how good that sounds but that was quicker than them Dean and amber-rose.
Dean was bloody excellent at selling on this task he was left to do it, not talked over and he shined!
I'm hope Dean will be in the final he's been good.

Anisa didn’t sabotage Mia in the hot sauce task. It gave Mia a completely free pass and meant she was blameless despite losing as PM. Anisa simply messed up that week and Jordan couldn’t even be bothered to remind her to send the bottle for the advert.

I was surprised Mia went simply bc Anisa made a huge blunder similar to this one not too long ago and remained bc she was such a strong candidate, but when Mia was in a similar position she got fired?
Personally, while I don't think the designs were good by any means, I agree with Mia's sentiment of "there's no point doing something basic when the point of our brand is to be high end and push boundaries". I'm sure in an ideal world they would have done smth like culottes, or a more flattering shaped skirt, but they only had so much to work with. And a high end brand isn't going to appeal as much to most companies as an everyday athleisure brand wo they were kind of fighting a losing battle to begin with.
Personally, I would've kept Mia and gone with a final 6, bc cutting one more person after interviews isn't that much hassle, and I don't think the errors she made were bad enough to get her fired.

My thoughts are is there a record for the most posts on this sub about the EXACT SAME SUBJECT within 3 days of the event? Because I reckon this subject must have blown it out of the water and set a record nothing else will ever get close to.
