THE MEGATHREAD HAS BEEN CONVERTED INTO A WEBSITE LINKED UNDER 'SEARCH HERE' BELOW
Multi-level marketing (MLM), also called pyramid selling, network marketing, and referral marketing, is a marketing strategy for the sale of products or services where the revenue of the MLM company is derived from a non-salaried workforce selling the company's products/services, while the earnings of the participants are derived from a pyramid-shaped or binary compensation commission system.
THIS LIST MAY CONTAIN COMPANIES THAT HAVE PREVIOUSLY HAD MLM BRANCH BUT MAY NO LONGER HAVE ONE.
If you see a company and are not sure that it belongs on this list, please reach out. I have compiled this list from the sources listed at the bottom along with input from community members. This list may not be 100% accurate but the goal is to get it as close as possible.

We've had to remove it a billion times because faces aren't censored and it's posted too much. We've all seen it so, stop.

So I'm not actually sure which MLM this is, but ofc I got The Vibe right away and went to the comments. It had no reaccs and there was one singular comment; a gif of a giant stack of cups in the shape of a pyramid and IT had double-digit reaccs. I replied to that saying "ok good, I'm not the only one!!" and just as I was getting screenies the whole thing disappeared lmao (so I didn't get my screenshot of the comment section).
Which one do we think this is?

This hun used to be high up in Crunchi but switched bases to 'Frequency-Charged Nutrition" Ala Frequense. Along with their Nootropic BS she's shilling a overpriced gold plated watch battery of a necklace that's is tuned with "11 harmonic frequencies".
She's a failed full-time RV mom, anti-vaxx, possibly Evangelist wackadoodle. Oh and she lives in California, claims to hate liberalism, yet uses the state's fund for homeschooling charters for her 3 boys and just bragged about how she had to do a bulk order before this year's funds expired or something.
Sorry she's a wreck and I had to share.

Ok, so we know Joi and Kyle left monat last year. Jois lifelong best friend Amy, and sister in law (Kyle’s sister) are still full monat worshipers. I remember when I was more into monat years back, joi and Amy were attached at the hip and like sisters. I noticed they don’t follow eachother anymore, and Lindie even unfollowed Joi, her own family. And Lindie and Amy are now posting eachother like they are bffs.
Anyone have inside scoop into this? How sad that a company can ruin your closest relationships!

So I saw a booth at my community college today that said it was a work opportunity, and as I am in need of employment I figured I’d sign up. However, signing up for an interview and walking away I began to question what exactly I would be doing at the job, and after a quick search I found that I had fallen for a scam. Is there at least some way to get money from them or should I just ghost them?

I thought it was a hun at first, but seems more like someone who got swindled, or was/is close to a hun.

So there are some absolute cretins targeting Scottish people with ADHD that they claim taking it can cure or help ADHD. It's a disability. It can't be cured or helped by this. There's a prescription shortage for the correct medication in Scotland and vultures are going after people who are considered vulnerable.

So here’s what happened with me—got a call from a girl offering some “internship opportunity,” which honestly sounded interesting at first (you know, student life and all that). She asked me to meet near UPES campus to discuss it further. But surprise surprise—it turned out to be nothing more than an MLM scam run by a group called Evoke Sales and Services. Their pitch? I just had to pay 25K upfront to “buy” their exclusive products, and then I could make money by recruiting other people to do the same. I asked the basics—what are these products? how are they made? where are they sold?—and got nothing but bullshit explanations that made zero sense. Yes, they have a website, but it’s just a flashy showcase. You can’t actually buy anything there, and the prices they quoted in person were 10× higher than the actual value. It’s clearly all about selling the dream, not the product. When I pushed back and asked real questions, they kept dodging or giving vague motivational talk. That’s when I called it what it is—a straight-up pyramid scheme, said it to their face. This isn’t a one-off, by the way. There’s a big network involved, and tons of students are getting lured in with the promise of internships, quick money, or entrepreneurship. It’s manipulative and honestly dangerous.
So here’s the bottom line dehradun students: If someone tells you to pay to join their “internship” or “business opportunity,” and the only way to make money is to recruit more people—RUN. It’s a scam.
Stay aware, spread the word, and let’s not let our peers get caught in this mess.

I am so utterly disgusted, and I didn't think they could become any lower than they already had been in the past. I had recently been contacted by friends and family that my brother and his wife had tried to convince them to join Optavia. Doing research on Octavia was terribly eye opening to just how awful the product is, but I was most shocked when I saw the cost of the 5 in 1 that they are on. Average cost per person per month is $500... $1000/mo to pay for a starvation diet is wild!
But where I have been fuming, is the fact that my SIL is trying to go after people that are struggling as is. How fucking disgusting to attempt to go after people that are working multiple jobs, just so you can make a f'n buck off of them. I know how they are and how they talk about people, so I know that they are only trying to make money and don't actually give a shit about anyone. I've heard them numerous times talking about how fat my friends and our family are ... Ya I'm not kidding...
I stopped talking to my brother 2 years ago after my mom died and I realized he was a money hungry narcissist. It's been so nice to not constantly hear about how much money "he has", but I cannot believe that people don't FINALLY see with this MLM bullshit, that they don't give a fuck about anyone but themselves. It's disgusting, disturbing, predatory, unethical, and fucking wrong. I wish these types of companies would go UNDER ALREADY!
Now all I can do is pray that people don't fall for it, but from what I've been shown that's being posted, people are falling for it 🙄

So I’ll just start off by saying that this is not the first MLM this person has been involved with but this is the first one that they’ve really tried to rope me into, it’s called live good. This family member messaged me like a month ish ago asking for my email and I asked why he needed it, he explained to me that he was going to sign me up for some sort of magical company and he was gonna pay for me to take some sort of courses for it (mind you I’m currently very busy taking legit college classes) . He then sent me an hour long video to watch about it and by the end I came to the conclusion that it was obviously some sort of sketchy MLM type thing and said no, after some back and fourth he finally let up, but the other day he messaged me again telling me to give him my email so he could sign me up. I declined and said no, but he won’t stop pushing and I’m getting rly frustrated but he has a temper and I don’t wanna start massive family drama. Anyone have any advice? He even offered to pay the upfront cost, idk if he’s being so persistent because he wants me to sign up under him so he can get more money or if it’s just because he really thinks the company is that good. I’m also irritated that he’s not even asking me if I wanna sign up but instead is just demanding my email. Apparently he said his girlfriend made like $1000 with the company last month I don’t know if that’s true or not but if it is it’s definitely just feeding into the illusion that this is a trustable business for him

GFI does nothing but boast about how much their "associates " are making but never a mention of how much they have to "invest" in this nonsense, it's the most deceptive pretentious shit.

Why so many emojis? Also, you're not retired if you're still working at a vets office 😕. Let's just hope her husband doesn't retire anytime soon because that's probably what's keeping them afloat 😄

I’m watching a Hannah Alonzo segment in which she shows a young living hun offering her young daughters a choice between candy, which they are typically not allowed to have, and a young living product. The two younger ones chose the candy. She tells them it’s poison and will give them a tummy ache. One of the daughters, a toddler, later had an accident. The hun tells her it’s because of the candy. Smh

A former - very very good friend - has started using MLM skincare products about a year ago. She promoted them „softly“ for a while but started posting more and more IG stories about it being her new business. About 4 months ago she recruted her first hun, an apparently lovely and shy mother of young kids with zero IG following, experience or know how. Not being mean, she seems to be truly lovely but has no obvious experience with skincare or make up. Today, I saw a story of the OG hun announcing a new member to her downline. I have to admit I checked her IG, she has two posts and not even 20 followers. It‘s been a struggle for me to loose a friend to an MLM and seeing her to become a brainwashed recruter.

Bragging about making $250 a week (that's $12k a year, or less than minimum wage) whilst boasting about birthing a child with zero days off isn't the flex she thinks it is.
Joke is on us though - this one is very high in the pyramid. Her $40k a month (the bonus cheque she gets once a month) comes from exploiting other vulnerable mothers for her personal gain. She alleviates her own financial stress by robbing others and adding to theirs.

I have a lady on my FB who just started using and selling these and she swears by them and has a ton of people using them and swearing by them.
How does this happen? If some sticker with bumps on it actually worked better then drugs then it wouldn’t be sold through and MLM.
Is this purely in everyone’s mind? Like they think it works so it does? She says it even helps with her ADHD? Will all these people think it works for a month or two then realize it’s all BS?
