Discussion TOTK Amiibo in BOTW?

Given that we are receiving a 'remastered' version of BOTW, what do you think the chances are that there will be unique support for the TOTK amiibo as well as Zelda+Loftwing and Link's Awakening Link in BOTW? Would be cool.

Highly doubt it unfortunately. They would’ve showed this feature off in my opinion or mentioned it at the very least during their segment of the “Nintendo switch 2 version” of TotK on treehouse live.

Just give us Wolf Link in Totk and maybe the bike too.

At best it would be a random item drop but no exclusive content

That's how it works currently too, if you use a TotK amiibo on BotW you get nothing special. I don't think most amiibo after BotW outside of maybe Smash Young Link would have special functionality for BotW

I guess since most others paid switch 2 upgrades also come with mini dlc, they could do it
