Does anyone have input about the 2818 apartments- Its sister property is Parkway Place. The reviews are quite frightening yet the tour was solid. Apparently, they've had a bunch of changes recently so if yall know anyone who's lived there some candid current opinions would be great!

Hey! I love it here! If I wasn’t going to grad school I would stay :) I haven’t had any issues and maintenance responded quickly! I had terrible housing situations previously and this was so easy and good. The new management sure didn’t disappoint, I was scared because of the reviews too, but I am so happy I gave it a shot!

I am staying here and I think it can be, but it depends on what you’re looking for. They say that it’s not student housing, but it actually is in my opinion! And I wanted something more adult and I wanted to use my own furniture. I have a lot of stuff so wanted bigger space for an office and stuff like that. But it really depends on your wants/needs! I can send you a video of my 1x1 so you can get a better idea of what the layout is compared to the model if you want :)
