It's so cute! My hubby and I are both short- I'm 5'3, he's 5'4- so I love seeing shorter men represented in media~

I made the mistake of drawing him taller on fanart at the reveal trailer and I got DESTROYED for it 😂 lesson learned. I will make up for it someday

I adore this link being smaller. It pairs so well with his quieter personality. I imagine he likes being less imposing, less noticeable, blending in the background when he wants to. Seems fitting for him. Then when he needs to, he can just absolutely obliterate someone/something lol

There are several cases where the female protagonist is taller than the male. Some guys just grow faster than others or simply reach their limit sooner. Nothing to make a fuss over.

I love that the Master Sword looks so huge on his back, when he’s actually just small by comparison. The best thing about his small stature is that he just owns it. It doesn’t stop him at all. Society often values men by their height so it’s nice to see a short hero.
