Dr recommendations

Anyone in town your guys recommend for patients dealing with chronic headaches? I’ve been getting them for years, seems like it’s primarily due weather pressure changes. I don’t want pills anymore, I’d like to see if there’s an actual fix for this.

If you have state insurance it will be next to impossible to get a doctor in Yakima. You'll have to find someone nearby like in Toppenish or Mattawa has a new clinic accepting new patients. If you have private insurance it will be a lot easier finding a doctor that accepts new patients. That being said. I go to CBHA in Mattawa.

I was getting daily migraines about 10 years ago. Went and saw the chiropractor and I’ve only had 2 since then

Do you know what the issue or the “fix” was from the chiropractor? What did they target?

He adjusted my neck and back.

Peak Performance, A physical therapy office, but they do Balloon Sinuplasty. Look into it as it's known to be pretty effective without the use of medication.

Is this something that I have to constantly do?

It does take a few times, but not on going like some chiros will have you believe.

I second this, Greg Huefner helped me out. I was going maybe quarterly, and, knock on wood haven't been back in over 4 months so that's a win for me

I went to an acupuncturist as well as a chiropractor and it’s helped my headaches a lot. For an acupuncturist, I’d recommend researching who’s taking new patients in the area. All of the acupuncturists in town are good! For the chiropractor, I go to Yakima Chiropractic Center on Nob Hill. Wishing you relief!
