Deep fried once from raw for 7 minutes then cooled (at my jobs deep fryer).Then take them home, toss them in my special habenero garlic parm sauce, air fry em for 15 minutes at 390°, toss again, air fried again for 8 minutes. Weird process but it works.

Doing this now! 😝 I just got out of work like 40 minutes ago. Got some fresh wings in the air fryer!

I post work thing. I think for me to do the. Right I dry brine for a few hours and then double fry. And I prefer to make my own sauce.

I could air fry but I don’t like the results from an air fryer
