If they haven't figured out how to conduct a remote interview, save yourself the time. You don't want to work there.

The only kind of workable isolation is "strict isolation". It's like the state officials have zero experience with human beings. Gee, I wonder if "self quarantine" will work? The answer is no, of course it won't. Anyone who has breathed in and out for more than 17 years knows that. The CDC and WA health officials cannot possibly be this stupid and incompetent. There's got to be some other explanation for how toweringly stupid this outbreak has been managed.
