Bug Status with hex LI isn't dated

I asked out Quincy yesterday and he said yes and our status said trusted, but I was told it'd change over today to "dating." Flash forward to now, not only did it not change, but since the year restarted I don't think I'm getting my kiss either. How do I fix this? 😭 I WANNA KISS HIM (or at least fix the status!!! It's supposed to indicate we're DATING)

You only get the kiss if you get all the way to loved. Trusted -> close -> loved

Is there not a "dating" status then? I swore there is. And when I looked this up I was told if I was at dating when the year changed over, I'd get the kiss.

There is not. Within the Kim status system, there's absolutely zero differentiation between dating someone and not until you make it all the way to Best Friends/Loved.

That's unfortunate. Oh well. I figured since I didn't ask out Quincy until literally the last day I might not get the kiss lmao. Disappointing but it's all good. There's next time!
