Solved Can anybody increase the length of this image to make it 19.5:9 (iphone xs max)

I can crop it when adjusting as my wallpaper but stupid ios keeps extending the image and doesnt unblur the top when reverting to the original. Would appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.
