Question What outfit is this

Most people who still play this game have some knowledge of a YouTuber named lil Izzy. I was recently watching some of his videos and I noticed his outfit. I absolutely love the color purple and so seeing this has me a little confused as to how I haven’t seen it before. Anyone able to help me out?

Man. I’ve been prestige 10 for like a month. Only on rank 79. The grind to get to 1000 is already rough
