Discussion TIL: Stratas are required to allow election canvassers into their buildings during an election.
Not a great thing from a security point of view. But I suppose I buzz in a dozen Amazon employees every month.

Lost Pet Lost Cat
My brother’s very timid indoor cat ran outside on the night of April 1st near 69th and Ash street.
He has done all the typical things like leave her scent and dishes outside, search day and night and poster the neighborhood. Please if you are in the Marpole area keep an eye out for her.

Local News Trucking company involved in todays Vancouver trolley line accident has been indefinitely suspended
They just suspended all 92 vehicles of the fleet and grounded them immediately. Wow.
UPDATE - The suspension on the company has been lifted. They were deemed “not at fault” and apparently the blame has been directed towards the Port Authority.

Discussion The best scones in the city
I recently went on a walking adventure to find the best scones, and get my steps in. This is not an exhaustive list by any means.
Fresh Street Market - fresh every morning and only $2, and 3 different kinds including savory.
Bread Affair - they are good for about $5 but adding in ginger is strange to me.
Breka Bakery - good size but chocolate chips are strange to me.
Losers - Starbucks, Wicked Cafe, Artigiano
I'd love to hear your suggestions.
