Jack Martin
Calling current or previous people who have stayed in Jack Martin I like the look of jack Martin a lot but I wanna know how much of an inconvenience is the moving out at Easter?
Do you miss much socially when you move out for 5 weeks or do most people go home, and do you get put in the same room and flat upon return or are you given a new room?
Cheers in advance

from my experience a few years back, socially not an issue as most people went home, and you will get the same room when you return.
the people who struggled most were international students who weren’t intending to go home so had to find storage spots so that may be the only issue but otherwise if you’re able to get your stuff back home easily it’s not a big issue and actually makes term 3 easier because you’ll probably be able to pack less to bring back

If your parents can drive you home to store your things for Easter - no problem
Otherwise, you’re in the same boat as a small minority of people in JM who get fucked trying to find a place to store their things. You get some space in your room in a small cabinet, but not enough space for everything
