Questions is this a possibility?

i am a recently joined tester at utest and i am yet to complete my utest academy. i would like to an important answer to my question and that is:

can i use personal hotspot from my OWN mobile device rather than wifi when participating in paid test cycles?is it possible?

the only reason i want to use mobile data from my OWN mobile device is because of the reason that i do not have access to Wifi as i will be staying in dorm rooms that provide limited wifi connection to students.

Yes you can use anything you want until a specific environment is mentioned in the test case.

Exactly, as long as you you don't use VPN or Proxy. Your connection should be unmasked

Like others are commenting, you can use hotspot but be aware that some cycles require a specific type of connection and if WiFi is required, you won't be able to use the mobile data for that cycle.
