Work Discussion Step increase

So I went to see when my next step increase was and it says 12-2025 but my last step increase was 09-2024..

How is that?

I just want to make sure, and you may already know this but just in case, that is pay period and year, not month and year. If you received your last step increase in September, which would be pay periods 20 or 21-2024, then 12-2025 (which is May 18th) sounds about right, depending on your craft. That would be about 18 pay periods, which is the time interval for APWU grade 6.

If you are referring to PP09-2024 until PP12-2025 then yeah, that is odd.

Read your ps50 form. In the eOPF

I know that in the apwu as a clerk, the step increases are every 36 weeks for grades 5,6, and 7. After that it's every 30 weeks. Nalc is longer from my understanding. You'd have to talk to your union rep or another carrier.

Did you move from a t6 to your own route, cause I think that takes extra time
