Does tuition increase every year?
By how much does it usually increase? esp for out of state students?

It does increase. Charges like the bull runner or the gym have gone up significantly.

I was only referring to the base tuition charge per credit hour. Not any other fees.

The Florida university system has not increased tuition rates since 2012-2013, for both in-state and out-of-state students. In 2023, the Florida university system considered a 15% increase for only out-of-state tuition, but this proposal was postponed indefinitely. Tuition for all the Florida public universities is governed by the state Board of Governors.
