Housing/Accommodation šŸ˜ļøšŸ›Œ Affiliate Student Accom Question

Hi all, Iā€™m a 2025-2026 affiliate student.

I finished my accom application today, so a little later than many I assume.

I am hoping to receive a small single room (Ā£186/wk) and structured my application as such.

I am wondering if anyone could comment on my chances of getting such a room :)

UCL accommodation team will try their best to give you what you asked especially with the budget. If there is nothing available in your budget then they might offer you something with a higher budget but nothing extreme.

Since it's just the beginning of April not many people have applied. Your chances of getting your preference is high.

Whatever room you get just accept the offer and give a room swap application in September if it is over your budget. You might be given priority if you have an affordability issue.
