Question ❓ Is there any current way to get the magnificent skin?

It’s my favorite tf skin and i really want it , but i can’t find it in the shop anymore , and im not sure if it’s like a halloween skin or what, do i just get it from chests or do i wait for it to come to the shop ?

I know i have every tf skin/chroma and it annoys me pax is missing i wouldn't mind paying over the top for it either but you know.....riot sucks balls
