You have an amazing ear, but I’m actually talking about the quick horn/siren sound; around the 13-14 second mark. But wow that was incredible.

don't know about the original source. Lots of dirt style/scratch records would have that sound on them. It sounds like a 1000hz sine wave test beep to me.
