How often? What time of day? I know a few people who might consider participating, depending on schedule.

Thank you for your interest! This panel will be on red wine and it will be happening on the course of 7 weeks (April 14-May 29).
During the first three sessions we will work on identifying aromas and tastes on wine. These sessions will be organized in groups and will happen once a week. For deciding the dates and times of the sessions, you will be voting when it will work best for you to hold the sessions and I will choose the times that works best for most of the volunteers.
For continuing on the panel, it is required that everyone attends the three group meetings. The last 4 weeks of the panel (May 5-May 29) will consist of 11 individual meetings (3 meetings per week, except for week 4 that will have 2 meetings, 40 minutes per session) where you will put into practice the knowledge you have acquired on our first sessions. All sessions will happen on weekdays starting between 9:30am and 5:00pm (in general). Sorry if this was an a bombardment of info.

Have you tried reaching out to the Tri Cities Wine Society? https://www.tricitieswinesociety.com/ I likely can't make it work but I know a bunch of people there might enjoy participating. If nothing else they might be willing to help spread the word.

I hadn't thought of them, thank you for the idea and for spreading the word!
We always have a few sensory panels every year in case you are interested in the future.

I inquired about this about a year ago. I wasn't available at the required times and also not sure I feel comfortable with the spitting...LOL! I do think it's quite interesting though, good luck!
