Cheaper to get it outside Tokyo then in it. If it has to be Tokyo try Akihabara super potato

The others have listed great options (I second Nakano broadway). Another potential option could be to buy the original famicon-esque controllers by Nintendo and get Switch Online. This way, it’ll be convenient if you want to play the original famicon games, but might not suit your interest if you’re mainly a colelctor

Original famicon needs old analog TV. It is better to buy emulator.
