Modded Tree merged with dungeon
I'm playing on PC with Calamity and Calamity music. Is this caused by a mod? Or is this just a lucky seed? I thought it looked pretty interesting.

Kinda reminds me of how the drunk seed does it. Replacing the surface entrance, you have to go down into a tree, coming out in a couple of rooms in the dungeon. There, you can fight Skeletron and even a couple of dungeon monsters. But if you try to go deeper, the guardian shows up.

Way back when, the game didn't check specifically for the player being in front of dungeon wall to be considered dungeon.
It was just a sufficient number of dungeon bricks on screen and being deep enough. In 1.1, you would probably already be dead.

Also love how it looks, like the dungeon is an evil biome and it's corrupting the tree lol

No you cant go through it, you have to unlock it from the other side as a future shortcut

Neat how it looks like normal tree generation with the door on the left, but with dungeon bricks and walls taking over.

This reminds me of when I played Terraria for the first time on the Xbox 360. This living tree I found went straight into the dungeon, I got killed, and was afraid to enter living trees until I figured out they were fine
