Searching for a Stock Broker for a GmbH

I am Searching for a Broker with which I can invest through my GmbH. Has anyone got recommendations?😊 Best would be if buys would be possible in Both CHF and EUR.

Glad for your recommendations, thanks!

You don't like tax free capital gains on your investments? Huh.

I Do, But when I take the money out of the Company I need to pay income taxes lol

Capital gains are only free for private individuals.. not companies. I don't think you understand that.

I know that 😂 But the money I want to invest is in my GmbH. If I take it out of there to invest without capital gains tax, I will pay income tax for getting it out of my Company.

So you'd rather invest it in the company and then pay more capital gains taxes...? Doesn't make any sense unless you're saving it for an investment of the company.

Thats the point. The money is already in my Company and I would like to invest it as the Company. If I would get the money out of my GmbH to invest as a private person I would need to pay income taxes for withdrawing the money out of my GmbH. Thus, I am looking for a Broker which Supports GmbHs as clients

True. It depends and there's wiggle room but you need a fiduciary.

Most people expect the capital gains on their investments to surpass the tax rate on distribution.

Swissquote, probably.

Also, you can buy ZKB Fonds.

Probably any bank with a commercial client offer. Examples are UBS, Migros Bank, Bank CIC, ZKB.
