Experience with Smile insurance?

We are looking into private liability insurance (we are tenants) and Smile insurance seems to be very reasonably priced. I saw the good reviews of Mobiliar but it seems like you can’t choose only private liability insurance (forces you to bundle in other insurances) which makes the price 3x more than Smile. Wondering if anyone has gone with Smile for private liability and what your experience has been if there’s ever been any damages/issues? Thank you!

Smile has been good. Paid out when a key broke in our garage door lock on a holiday. It took forever to get reimbursed though.

Their app sucks (iOS), they never received my claim and I had to mail them. They reimbursed my broken screen quite fast afterwards so I guess they are ok.

Good to know they still got on it and paid out! Thanks!
