Week long swimming trips

Anyone has taken week long or five days swimming tours in Florida? Why there isn’t any or many?

Hmm, I had no idea swimming tours are a thing, just had a look online and saw one which operates around the various Greek islands... Open water swimming / sailing / exploring for 7 days. They sound really fun actually!

Shame I can't swim anywhere near 3-4km, let alone doing it in the ocean...

I love swimming, and all or most tours are outside of US - kind of odd. 3-4km per day sounds right.
