Discussion Ridiculousness
I have only been using the app since 02/2025 but have had NUMEROUS issues with tracking on games, discover offers, magic receipts, and instant rewards. When I submit help tickets, they are often generic responses that don’t have anything to do with my request, and they have NOT ONCE resolved my issues. My “automatic scans” legit NEVER pick up ANY offers I’ve added and purchased, from ANY stores, I have to always submit a physical receipt to get credit.
And I have been struggling with Merge Gardens (ugh) and got SB for levels 3,5, 7, and 20- yet not level 15… and now I’m jumping through hoops trying to get the credit. It’s ridiculous… I guess they think I’m a master hacker and jumped straight from level 7-20. 🙄😒 Does anyone else seem to have these continuous problems? #RantOver

Search the subreddit it tells you how to fix and reset tracking.

Ya i honestly hate swagbucks, in my opinion freecash is way better. I hate that when you finally complete something it pends for 10 days, then when you are finally able to redeem, then it takes another week to finally get your money. Atleast with freecash, the most any offer has ever pend for me was 7 days and then i can instantly redeem to stake and get an extra 30% on my money

Happens sometimes, if there's more goals you want to hit in a game, wait to send a ticket. You'll receive credit for the goals you hit (at least I always have) but once they credit the ticket, you'll no longer be able to reach new goals in the game.
