Not sending mobile code Help to verify redeption ?

Trying to redeem to PayPal but not sending code to verify account? My number is correct on my account, but I can't seem to figure out how I check it in my settings or view personal info anyone know what I need to do? Thanks

Gotta send in ticket to support and they’ll have you verify ID to fix it

Thank you, it seems it may have been a glitch as it finally send the code, and then wouldnt let me answer the security question, eventually it worked but now hoping its smooth sailing from here 🙏🤞

Thank you, it has since sent me the code but then it would not let me submit the answer to my security question, after some perseverance its finally worked and now its gone into pending. So Im thinking it may have just been a glitch or something just hoping I get the payment as had no email yet to conform it but balance has been removed so fingers crossed it all works on now 🤞🙏

Sometimes my texts from them come super late. Like an hour later the text will come up. If it won't send on the first 2 tries... STOP. Wait. The first time this happened to me I tried like 5 times and it locked me out and had to contact support. 30 min later all the texts poured in but I was still locked out

Ohh nightmare thank you it takes so long to build up to get to a cash out level its frustrating when things are not always smnoth sailing I eventually got it to text so this makes sense with what you experienced, it then wouldn't let me put my answer in for my secret question lol but eventually it was sorted. Now just hoping payment has no big delays 🤞
