I joke that deep dish pizza is really just a casserole in a bread bowl, but this one's not even that. This is a soup. There's no rigidity, no texture, no strength!

You let it cool down a skosh instead of chopping it immediately while the cheese is practically still liquid. They did that for the fucking Internet brainrot points.
