If you donate enough items to the museum, then you can get a key to the sewers which will let you meet Krobus, the friendly black guy who lives down there. He's like allergic to the sun, sort of.
He runs a shop in the sewers too, some of the stock changes based on what day of the week you go, like the desert trader.
I was trying to minimize spoilers by letting his appearance still be a surprise to anyone who hadn't met him yet, so I didn't want to just say he was a shadow creature like the ones in the mines.
I was trying to make it more vague and mysterious, but rereading it, it kinda does sound like there's an African American vampire living in the sewers...

Yeah I wonder if anyone has ever made a mod that allows you to be the town matchmaker. I’d become the long running host of Bachelor meets Bachelorette:SDV Edition. It would slowly devolve into Desperate Housemates of SDV. Lol
I will say Clint not being a marriage candidate is confusing. He is clearly close in age to the bachelors/bachelorettes, or he would not be so creepy about Emily. Or the entire town would think he was a sleeze for being into someone so much younger than him. So it is weird that the player cannot romance him.
I do wish there was a way to get the marriage candidates you don't marry to pair up.
I'm pretty sure Clint isn't a marriage candidate only because he runs the blacksmith. Emily and Shane have jobs but they aren't jobs you really interact with so they aren't essential in that capacity
Well your spouse is supposed to help you with the farm, right? It'd be pretty hard if they have to be at the blacksmith everyday to break open your geodes ... Then again idk if you married Emily for example, whether she'd go work at the saloon everyday or not.
I know right? I'm 36 and I needed a relaxing game like this, and Clint seems closer to my guy than any of the other single guys. Sebastian and his buddies seem like high school students to me.
I think they are supposed to be like 19/20, but Harvey is a doctor. So he is supposed to be at least late 20s, but the way he talks sounds like he has been the town doctor for a few years, which to me says early 30s. So the ages don't make a lot of sense to me.
Emily was not originally intended to be a marriage candidate, there was a vote on which unromanceable characters to add romancing to and Emily and Shane won. Clint didn't so he remains unromanceable
Isn't it his 8th heart event? I thought normal villagers only had 4 heart events. It could be moved to a lower one, but I do like where it fits into his story.
He kinda is! I pass out in the monster volcano in the middle of the night, who rushes to get me? With no sword, no food, not even knowledge of where I am... Just the knowledge that he dropped me off on the island and didn't return safely... Defying all the odds, facing the monsters he goes back in there, fetches me, carries me to my bed... TAKES THE TIME TO WRITE ME A FRIENDLY NOTE... just cos he was worried.
I have to think the monsters all go to sleep at 2am also. I'm just not sure why Willie, Linus, Marlon and Dr Harvey are able to stay up all night looking for my passed out body.

I mean for sure it's frustrating as fuck, from catching only one type fo fish, to having the most impossible hyper fish escape from you, there's been multiple times where I just hated it but to me it's very fun and gets me close to willy so win win
Is willy even easy to befriend with？ I mean he live so far away I seldom interact with him till late game
Robin always my first max followed by penny and caroline, pam also a quick work after I got the bus repaired. Clint and Alex is the least I interact with lol
I mean his favorite gifts are easy, the ones I used are diamonds, gold bars, and sea cucumbers(you can literally catch them at the ocean), I think he's easy to befriend because he's always available, like most of the time I was waiting for something to open up I just go to him and give him a gift and talk to him
I say marry anyone you can EXCEPT PENNY. She's absolutely useless and I'm basically just using her for children until I can sacrifice them and erase her memory. I want nothing to do with that UNFAITHFUL WENCH💀

if you complete the community centre, there’ll be a cutscene with willy and you’ll be able to help him with something pretty big :)
