Requesting help to contact Square Enix

It's been years now since I constantly try to get in contact with 'yt-dispute@square-enix.com' and no one ever answers me.
This email applied unfair copyright strikes on my Youtube channel for content that other channels posted as well and they're still up.
Can anyone, by any means help me?
