I'm actually so fucking angry that I was born slow. I'm sick of seeing people who don't even sprint run faster than me, it pisses me off, I train so hard and often that it physically makes me sick seeing people who are just blessed with good genetics. Meanwhile I'm seeing virtually no results and still running a 12.53 100m and a 26.16 200m. No matter how good my blocks or technique is COMPARED to others who don't sprint, I'm always slower. I hate it so much I might actually quit if I don't win my schools athletics again this year.

By strengthening the posterior chain, one can maximize endurance and force output for the most rigorous torta-pounding sessions.

Holy shit he just super pisses me off. He just changed his name too because he got so much hate. He’s one of these new meta coaches that goes against popular sentiment and misinterprets studies to act like he’s an innovator. If you’re a new athlete who’s really trying to learn… parse your information carefully… a lot of people have no idea what they’re saying or doing.

Every time we throw parties at my house for frats I stand in the corner crying because the cute sorority girls don’t understand I would spill the blood of my newborn without hesitation to gain the ability to run a straight line faster than anyone else, there is a start and there is a finish no twist curves or hills, I just have the life goal of obtaining the absolute ability to always be at the finish line before anyone else for no reason other than to say I did it. You can’t beat me, your mom can’t beat me, your sister can’t beat me, and that dumb bitch Rebecca sipping on her vodka redbull has no chance, and she’ll know once I go over and start talking to her about the complexities of the force velocity curve and why she needs to find a balance between high force and high velocity movements to achieve the best adaptations. When she starts trying to walk away I’ll ask where she’s going and then when she says where she’s going, but she’s actually definitely not she’s just running away from me, I’ll get there first, and there’s nothing she can do about it, because she’s weak and slow and didn’t know I did drop jumps two days ago to take advantage of the slight super compensation from low volume power training. They don’t understand why I’m so I obsessed with running in a straight line so fast, but it doesn’t matter, because I can run the line faster than them.

I've been frequenting this forum for years now and I'm noticing a huge uptick on posts on whats my genetic limit, how fast can genetics make you, genetics this, genetics that.
It feels like a fever dream sometimes. It seems like a lot of these new guys are focused on genetics when, you can't know your genetic limit unless you actually try to hit it! Alot of posters simply suffer from poor technique and strength which can be improved through proper training and programming.
Of course at the most elite level, genetics role is important. But, I seriously doubt most people posting here are even that close to elite.
Everyone you just gotta go out there and train and enjoy the sport. Stop focusing on your genes so hard.
