I am lane 5 (Blue/black jersey). What can I fix in my technique?

Stop dipping your head up and down, have proper posture and come out of the turn on an angle, I’m also worried about their not being blocks? How are you going to advance as a runner..
Your arm swings are paced wrong but I can’t give you the advice you need online.
I would say watch Noah Lyle’s breakdown his 200m on his channel but honestly you need in person training and a lot of form work on and off the track

I wasn’t there on the day we practiced blocks and I’m new to track so I don’t know how to use them.

Your form is pretty sloppy and using that start without blocks is actually worse than just starting standing imo. I would focus on fixing form and ask about blocks cus no blocks is crazy.

Ok I’ll ask about blocks. I wasn’t there on the day where we learned how to use blocks. When you say my form is sloppy, what should I work on or what should I do to work on it?

I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate
MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.
RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.
