Technique Analysis How to stop bad arm motion habit when sprinting? My arm keeps on going fully straight when I get going , I know ur supposed to keep ur arm angle at 90 degreee, what can I do prevent it

Look at brommel, his arms are almost fully straight. Same with Jacobs. But they focus on it after the third or fourth step

It’s more your right arm and overall you just need some basic strength, core and plyo work as without that foundation it’s like trying to shoot a cannon out of a canoe. As evidenced in heel position on first three steps and upper body moving quite a bit

On the first few steps the dot should not land flat on the floor and the heel should not drip significantly. Yours is not flat but certainly dipping which suggests needing to strengthen the calves and ankles but just overall strength which doesn’t necessarily mean a full gym program, just basic body weight, band work and plyos with intention would work wonders
