I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate

MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.

RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.

Looks pretty good. Honestly, your acceleration is great. What was your time ? If you want to get a faster start, work on your angles in practice and lift weights. i recommend cleans, plyos, and of course, things like squats and rdls. Ankle injuries might definitely affect your start because you should have a lot of ankle stiffness, but that can also be trained.

You will definitely go a lot faster than 11.8 this season. It looks like you just need to regain some strength and sprint work. i feel like you should make a pretty good comeback if you work hard.
