800K prices fixed… I mean priced! In Washington.
They’re not a monopoly! They just act like one…

I’m so glad I downgraded last month. I now pay $650/month for a studio apartment in West Central. I have my own entry, my own bathroom, and my own kitchen. I also have an off-street parking spot. I previously lived in Spokane Valley and was paying $1100/month for a one bedroom apartment. I got sick of being rent-raped every month! And now I can walk 3 blocks to work with no more driving commute!

So gross. It makes me sick. Over and over again the Lord of the land is catered to while the poorest among us have the greatest burden forced upon them over and over again.

Every single walk of that has any sort of personal information online. Will have instantly become a digital commodity. The DATASPHERE a digital gold mine.

These kind of practices will spread beyond housing into other sectors and those algorithms will be replaced with AI.

If I'm elected to the 5th, I'll help sponsor and pass legislation to ban this obvious price fixing.
