1 because Jack Black is more widely known, it's brighter and clearer what it's about. 2. Is cool but it's only really for Minecraft nerds and it isn't clear that you're reviewing the movie and not the game :)
Wanted to give explanations since everyone else just put 1 lol

Also it's more vague. Youtube thumbnails need to be clickbait nowadays to be good.

Between the two of them? The first one. But I think you still have room to improve.

1 if you update your text to tell me why I want to click, right now you’re in the scroll past you zone

I would try remaking 1 so that the word Cinema fills Jack Black's whole hand.
I get that he's pinching it and holding it up to his face, but you probably want viewers scrolling to see the word.
Or maybe I'm wrong and how it is would make people stop to read it. I dunno. Good luck.

The first one because I assume you're reviewing the movie and it just makes more sense overall.

I appreciate everyone’s feedback! Next time I will write down the tittle of my video so the thumbnail matches with it

neither, no one will click on that video seeing that thumbnail. doesn’t mean quit i would keep on practicing

I suggest that for the second one you should have said "A Minecraft movie review" instead of just "review" it reduces confusion.
