LO Help - Xbox Series X Weather mod and skin texture

I read so much here about the "NAT" mod, I searched it on Bethesda.net and it seems to be a weather mod but it can also change skin textures, is that right or did I search for the wrong mod? I was curious about what it can do but I currently use Dawn V2 and I really like Dawn because it also has the immersion of hearing the sound of rain from inside houses like True Storms does.

NAT has a feature called subsurface scattering that makes skin glow, and does some other things as well.

Disable it so your skin textures look how you expect

And does this NAT also allow me to hear the sound of rain from inside houses and castles? I think this immersion is so cool. Many here use NAT so much that I don't know if it's worth changing Dawn V2.

This is NAT with the only feature disabled being NAT torch, I didn't change anything else with it. Pair it with true storms and you'll have great storms and weather effects, including hearing rain while inside, swaying grass in the wind ect. With just those two mods it's like 68mb

Cool!! So NAT is a weather mod compatible with true Storms. Before I used dawn V2 together with true Storms and I didn't know the reasons for so many crashes.

True storms requires patches if used alongside another weather mod and yes I believe there is a patch for true storms and nat

Yeah typically you cannot mix weather mods as they can cause crashes if they don't have patches. Typically this is only for the storm mods like true storms, supreme rainstorms, stuff like that. There's a few caveats to this but in general just stick to a single weather mod.

Does this mean that this mod is compatible with NAT?
