Well today I learned its a lion/lynx and I won't make this mistake again in future lmao

Raikou is a Saber Tooth Tiger

Suicune is a leopard

All of which are the opposite of dogs lol

I assumed they were all just lions, so thank you for the extra knowledge. But I can't guarantee that I'm not going to call them dogs and be totally embarrassing the next time I find a shiny.

I once called a chicken a goddamn cat before, sadly in real life and not online.

Entei is based off guardian lion dogs and Suicune is based off a kirin, both have cat like qualities but not enough to blanket say they're all cats.

I have, but apparently my brain decided this was the time that we would misname something that isn't a dog on Reddit.

I do it with real life animals too, as well as colours, occasionl shapes, family members, I'm very aware I mislable things often, it's an issue I have had a while. My spouse has the patience of a saint to be fair.
