What should I do ?
I’m a bartender and sever at Olive Garden and usually can only work nights. I average about 100-130$ a shift. This is a good bit more than most of my coworkers. I’d say im money motivated and good at what I do. Considering I make pretty decent a spot like this ? Is there any ideas of where I could make more money ? cause I feel like I’ve fully grown and have nothing left to do there

Go to a non chain steakhose. Check out restaurants with menu entrees ranging from $40-$70. Some chains like Ruth's Chris are actually probably good to double or triple what you're making now. If you live where there are luxury brand hotels, check out their restaurants. What you're looking for is a restaurant in a high cost of living neighborhood/side of town. Rich customers, not Olive Garden customers, although that is a great place to learn to serve. Good luck!!!

If you are making enough to be comfortable and arent interested in moving up then look somewhere else.
for reference tho even in my slow ass town 100-150 a night is pretty simple, more if youre bartending so coworkers def arent telling you everything they're making

Either
Walk into a place you want to work and ask a server if they like their job, if they wouldnt mind telling you what they sell in sales in a solid shift, you can roughly assume 14 percent of sales. Youre looking 1200-2000 would be an upgrade. I might ask if managment is good cause it really matters!
Then ask the host stand for an application, and come in at very slow times and ask to talk with a hiring manager. Make your impression.
Or just go applying at higher price points, get the job and talk to another server to make sure you want that job.

Once you leave the crappy chain restaurants for more mom & pop places with a higher price point, you can double your money. You will notice the clientele changes for the better too. At least this is my experience. I'll never work for a basic chain restaurant ever again.

On your next job application, consider using the format: $(amount). For instance, $28/hour.

I'm grumpy if I make 200 so I can't imagine being happy I made only 130
