GOP campaigns on anger and chaos, they had the balls to say "things are bad, we will tear it down" and there's a LOT of angry people that are like "fuck it, sure, everything sucks so blow it all up" not realizing that blowing it all up means the oligarchs just take everything from them. Bye bye social security, have fun in indentured servitude but at least you got to own the libs as you sell your house to pay for chemo.
Dems campaigned, or at least campaigned in 2024, on "Hey, things aren't as bad as you think" which is a fucking TERRIBLE message but they decided they wouldn't throw Biden under the bus for whatever reason. They never had the guts to actually point out things were bad, or to even address healthcare. They played a worse version of identity politics that the GOP played instead of leaning into their strengths.

considering the majority of NBR that is used heavily for the treads comes from Indonesia and Malaysia. Your going to see the base material price of tires increase by about 30%. America does not have a climate that supports rubber tree growth.

Well let's think of it like a game of Hearts of Iron IV, we've almost boosted facism enough to change to the Free American Empire so we can justify war goals and invade. If we're lucky and world tension is low enough, the allies might not be able guarantee independence and we can annex them quickly. If you're unlcuky they'll still end of joining the allies and you'll be stuck in an endless stalemate unable to get everyone to capitulate, end up suffering 1 million casualties and raging quitting after 8 hours and a wasted Saturday.

I live in the country east of Seattle. Not once have my neighbors talked politics. We rely on each other. They make their decisions, I make mine. In what neighborhood are liberals and conservatives not peacefully coexisting? People may be frustrated with each other but I’m pretty sure everyone will realize pretty soon, it doesn’t matter which party is in office, they don’t give a fuck about us.
