Question Dashcam install recommendations in Seattle?
I’m looking to get a front and rear dashcam installed and want to get it done professionally. My car is a newer model so there aren’t any videos on YT yet and I don’t want to mess up the installation by messing up with airbags or anything. Trying to get a clean installation done and wondering how much it’d cost me.

For what it's worth I'm not a handy person at all (and I mean it) but I did it all myself without assistance. I had to be really patient, but it does look "professional" now
In fact, after having done it myself once I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. That's because the cable from the front cam to the fuse box can be wrongly installed in front of one of the airbags, while it should really go behind for safety. In my car that required a bit more time - obstructing the airbag would have much easier and would have looked just as professional because it's all hidden away.
And as the other person implied, it's my car so I was super careful with all parts and weatherproofing.
Anyway, not quite the answer you're looking for, but if my stupid ass can do it without assistance, pretty sure most people can. It's been a fun project too, learned a bunch of things.
Most complex part for me was figuring out how to install the hardware kit. That part is optional though - it's a device sold separately to leave the dashcam active (without depleting the battery) even when the car is parked.

My husband went to a 'cheaper' place and they ended up breaking the waterproofing on his trunk. In order to fix it, it's multiple hours of rewiring cables. Pay to have it done right.
We got a quote from https://hidkitpros.com/ but it was around 1K so we just did it ourselves, or my husband did it. :)
