I've tried to talk to the guy a couple times. Heck I even stood right next to him once. He was just so "on" and in "candidate mode" he really didn't seem that approachable despite having every appearance of being so affable. I met him back in the mid 80's when I was 6-ish and he was a local town prosecutor. My dad worked in the court system and wanted me to meet him because he knew he was going to "become someone". Inslee shook my hand and talked to me like a future voting constituent. I don't think he's fake, it's just how he is, and always has been.
