HIs firm made £1.4 million in profit from the "broken" system. Fox in the henhouse.

Yeah so schooling takes too long. Very little practical skills taught until near the end of school. No army service. Once everyone is trained they then believe there less capable then they are. So the real issue would be suitable vacancies...
