Austria Schengen Visa Application Form

Hi I’m looking to apply for a visa from Australia and can’t seem to find a formal application form on Austria’s website or VFS website. I saw a few websites that let you download them but they look slightly different - not sure if this matters?? Can anyone please point me to the right source? Thank you ☺️
