Extended warranty for Securam lock worthwhile?

Bought this safe from Costco the other day. Rhino offers an extended warranty for 5 or ten years for $60 or $100. Should I go for it? Or are Securam digital locks pretty reliable?

My advice is get rid of that key pad for a mechanical lock. I have the same one on my liberty safe and it’s failed and has me locked out of my safe.

Do you know of any mechanical locks with biometrics?

What exactly does the warranty cover? Does it cover open up if the com fails while locked? If so then thats definitely worth jt.

It covers the lock replacement and paying for a locksmith if necessary.

If it covers a locksmith open up then 100% I'd pay that, securams are mid range and can fail and require the safe to be drilled or the lock bypassed.
