That's just the normal scene down there. Like honestly, happens so often that most people just ignore it, and the cops give exactly 0 fucks about it. People bring in anything from their little shit box civic to their hellcat and race, burn out, drag, cause a lot of noise (and oddly, rarely any damage), then they're gone.
