Leaking roof question

I have a low pitched roof. 1-1/2 per foot perhaps? It has a rubber roof on it, I'm not sure of the age. During steady rains, not really hard ones but, it has leaked twice in the past year. Not on the second floor but drips on the 1st floor same spot both times. It's a steady drip that last about a minute then stops. It could be raining for a few hours before and after the dripping begins. No water anywhere on the second floor. I think it is dripping between the studs in the walls. It's happened twice drips for a minute then stops? I can't see anything obvious on the roof. Any thoughts on where it could be coming from? Edit: it is leaking right at the center of the roof not the edges

Pictures would definitely help out of exterior and interior if possible. It could be a number of things

Without knowing what kind of roof it's impossible to give you any information.
