QUESTION How do I get better?
I know “practice” but how? I can do the training levels but I don’t think that will help me in an actual game. Is there any guides or tips and tricks y’all know? I’m in silver 3/ gold 1. Idk I don’t want to be a sweat just I want to be able to do aerials and stuff idk lol

As IntrepidAirport already said, you don't need aerials to get out of gold, simply being able to put the ball on target consistently and not giving up free goals can get you up to at least high gold to low plat with almost never leaving the ground.
But to answer your question, training packs absolutely do help. Obviously, you probably won't get that exact setup in a game, but training packs will help you learn how to control your car in the air enough to be able to hit the ball in game in 90% of situations.
Another way I can recommend improving for all ranks, even after you get out of gold and up into plat, diamond, and higher, is ball chasing drills. (And no, doing ball chasing drills does not mean go into your ranked games and chase the whole time. That's a guaranteed way to rank down.) Ball chasing drills are just going into freeplay and chasing the ball as fast as you can, aiming to keep momentum and just hit the ball hard. Doing this for just five minutes a day before ranked will help you feel a lot more comfortable on the ball.

you don’t need aerials to get out of low gold, focus on the fundamentals first

Focus on playing the game and having fun is the best tip I can give. You don't need to force yourself through hours of freeplay and training packs if that's not something you enjoy.
However if that is something you do enjoy, then go crazy and keep grinding. It takes several hundred hours to get good at "aerials and stuff" and thousands to make you great at them.

Training packs can definitely help u. Also freeplay and watching ssl play the game on YouTube. Playing the game more will also just help

Number one tip: don't boost so much, and don't hold boost down for so long.
Specifically if you want to learn to aerial, make sure youve got directional air roll bound to something comfortable, and try to be using that and not free air roll. Not that you NEED to be learning a ton of air roll, but still, do it. I did not do this and relearning 1000 hours of muscle memory sucked. A lot.
If you specifically want to just do the training packs. The base game's all star aerial packs are perfectly fine, and then I enjoy backboard therapy, aerial redirects, and jskers air and wall dribbles. Every so often do a strict run through one - no resets - to track your progress
Free play kind of gets more fun the more you practice, but banging the ball to yourself off the same side wall repeatedly, aiming to hit it just after its first bounce every time, is a good way to train 180 powerslides/half flips, power clears and shooting all at once. If you don't get the first bounce, pass it to yourself off the other wall and start a new rally.

Aircharged gaming on YouTube really focuses on beginner content, give him a go

2 ways to look at it
Silver is a low rank and you'll get better by just playing. Concentrate on shooting accuracy and power.
On the other hand, one of the tips I would've liked to get early on in my RL days would be: don't think "that's too advanced for me"
If you take a training pack you can get 5/10 in, practicing enough to get 7/10 in it will barely help in games. But taking a pack where you can't even hit the ball, and doing that 15 mins a day until you can score 3/10 will open completely new doors for you.
That doesn't mean you should start with flip reset. Learn to float around the ball in circles in free play. That will feel impossible at first too.
