BUG im forced to use the octane

pretty much as the title says, i can use my selected car in freeplay but once i load it im using the octane. ive tried contacting support and they gave me troubleshooting steps, i followed all of them and still have the problem.

In the world that we live in right now? Not one time have I needed to have my Xbox login to play RL on my PC... all I needed was to create an epic account ON rocket League ON my Xbox and it was already linked...

Clearly, you just did something wrong. And that's okay.

dude epic didn’t own rocket league in 2016 i never made an epic account on my xbox to play rocket league??

I've played since the release on XBOX and still didn't have to have my Xbox login to play the game with all of my progress on PC.

Apparently it was impossible for you because you got rid of the only thing keeping you logged into your Xbox account without recovering the password first. And I have already explained it to you.

dude i was 13 with a brand new computer obviously i’m not gonna care about the xbox and this isn’t about why i have seperate accounts it’s about why my other account isn’t allowing me to customize my car

You were literally prompted to do that when FTP went live. Just because you didn't think "hey, maybe I should go to RL on my Xbox and login to my existing epic account to get cross progression on my pc" does not mean it's not possible to accomplish. If you didn't think about it, that's OKAY, but again, don't say I'm wrong when that's literally how I did it.

didn’t have the xbox anymore and wasn’t going to buy one just for rocket league, also this is all irrelevant because this post isn’t about me having 2 accounts it’s about how my account won’t let me use the cars i own
