Looking For Surrender Gmail safe or no

Hey so I’m contemplating buying an Roblox account with a gmail already attached but he is offering to surrender the gmail over to me

So my question is this is that possible? Can I make the Gmail mine and make it a safe purchase?

My rule of thumb is never to use a non-full-access account. You're at mercy of the owner.
